2024-25 Mt. Doug Course Planning Forms
Grade 9
Grade 9 students are required to take the following courses:
- English 9
- Socials 9
- Math 9 and/or Numeracy 9
- Science 9
- Physical Education 9
- Three elective courses
Grade 10
Grade 10 students are required to take the following courses:
- 2 Components of Language Arts 10
- Socials 10
- Math 10
- Science 10
- Physical Health Education 10
- Three elective courses
One Fine Arts or Applied Skills course must be completed in Grade 10, 11, or 12.
Grade 11
Grade 11 students are required to take the following courses:
- Language Arts 11
- Socials Studies 11 or 12
- Math 11
- a Science 11
- Career Life Education 10/11 (May be taken in Grade 10)
- Three elective courses
One Fine Arts or Applied SKills course must be completed in Grade 10, 11, or 12.
Grade 12
Grade 12 students are required to take a the following courses:
- A Language Arts 12
- Career Life Connections
- Three grade 12 level academic or elective courses, to make a total of 80 credits in grades 10, 11 and 12. These credits must include at least 4 Fine Arts or Applied Skills credits.
