Social Justice will help you develop ethical reasoning skills as you explore issues of oppression and injustice in both a Canadian and Global context. You will analyze the causes and consequences of injustice and explore solutions. This is a great class if you like class discussions and active participation. Some examples of topics are: socio-economic status, sexism, sexual orientation, racism, genocide, globalization and the treatment of the world’s indigenous people. Challenge yourself to become an ethical, socially responsible global citizen and agent of change. This is a university recognized academic course.
