Prerequisite: Beginner’s Italian 11 or equivalent

This course is a continuation of Beginner’s Italian 11 in which students will continue to study Italian language and culture.  The emphasis will be on communication using some advanced language structures including the present, past and future tenses.    Enriched opportunities to explore the Italian culture will be offered.  These include food, family, film, music, lifestyle, and celebrations.  If you are interested in improving your Italian skills to open more doors for future travel, work or studying abroad, this course is for you!

This course fulfills the grade 11 second language requirement for university.
